Cancellation Procedure

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the same account utilised for the initial purchase. PayPal refunds will be promptly transferred, while credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to process. Please note that once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. If you reconsider and wish to obtain the previously canceled item, a new purchase must be made.
